A Ontario minister outlined an all government approach to reopen the Terrace Bay Pulp Mill of the Aditya Birla Group after idling in January. He met Terrace Bay Mayor Paul Malashewski and other local leaders to discuss support, wood rights, and future talks with Birla while stressing government readiness to assist.
