Collector bags unique Skenes baseball card with autograph patch
An 11-year-old Los Angeles collector found a one of a kind Paul Skenes rookie card from Topps showing the Pirates pitcher’s autograph and a game worn jersey patch. Pirates offer 30 years of season tickets behind home plate at PNC Park, plus Livvy Dunne invites a luxury suite game. Skenes, 22, authored a stellar rookie season in 2024, finished third in NL Cy Young voting, and debuted in May after the 2023 draft top pick. He aims to help the Pirates contend in 2025 and did not discuss a long term Pittsburgh contract.
