Mediterranean diet featured at Northern Hearts Dine with Doc
The program promotes heart healthy eating with the Mediterranean diet, highlighting fruits vegetables whole grains fish and olive oil. Event Sept 20 at the Chanterelle supports Northern Hearts charity in Northwestern Ontario with menu items including Greek salad grilled salmon and lemon olive oil cake and tickets online for 140 or a table of eight for 1000.
