Petition on Contempt of Court and Insolvent Editors
In the House of Lords on June 19 the Marquis of Lansdawn presented a petition from confined individuals for contempt of court and urged that a clause be added to the insolvent editors relief bill to distinguish contumacious offenders from those who failed to pay fees.
