Friday Legion Family Night With Talent Contest
Every Friday at 8:00 p.m. the Legion opens to the whole family with live country and country rock, steak or hamburgers, and a friendly dance atmosphere. Every second Friday hosts an Amateur Talent Contest judged by the crowd, no pre-entry, back by the band, with winners featured by The Echo Newspaper.

The Law Foundation of B C will donate 11 000 copies of A Pocket Guide to B C Law to the school system for use by Law 12 students and teachers. Education Minister Tony Brummer announced the program as part of new legal information for classrooms.
