BC tribunal rejects Smart Meter rights complaint
The BC Human Rights Tribunal has dismissed the CSTS challenge to BC Hydro smart meters. Tribunal member Norman Trevise found no reasonable prospect that EMF exposure from meters causes adverse health effects. He dismissed the complaint as unwarranted and unnecessary to proceed to a hearing.
