Ethanol Regional Council formed in Peace River district

The Peace River Regional District established the Ethanol Regional Council and held its first meeting on September 2, 1992. It reviewed a study on ethanol plant economics and environmental impacts and urged a broader analysis and regional seminar to develop opportunities.
