Chetwynd to lose two longtime politicians in election
Chetwynd will see mayor Evan Sangstad and Area E Director Tim Caton step down in the upcoming election. Sangstad notes a debt-free municipality and seniors' complex as achievements, while Caton cites the Rec Centre project and service over 15 years. He says new leaders should come forward as it is time.
