Moberly Lake volunteers plan safety upgrades after break-in
Judy Carlson reports the Moberly Lake Volunteer Fire Department held a September 9 meeting with about nine attendees. They discussed a burglary that siphoned 72 gallons of gasoline from fire trucks, considered burglar alarms, and approved a motion detector installation. A grant called Grant 21 was announced with forms to be distributed. The Peace River Regional District awarded 1000 dollars to re gravel Spencer Tuck Provincial Park and 840 dollars for water and sewer expenses.
