Boundary Road to receive $4 million upgrade

Premier Christy Clark announced a 4 million upgrade for Boundary Road on Highway 52 during the Oil and Gas Conference in Fort Nelson. funded by the Oil and Gas Rural Road Improvement Program OG R R I P this project excludes the Dawson Creek segment and Kinuseo Falls road. completion is slated for early October and follows a 54 million provincial investment in South Peace road work.

Hudson Hope plans water treatment plant at Dudley Drive

Ethix Consulting Inc. issued a proposal for design and construction of a new water treatment plant for the District of Hudsons Hope to be built on district land at 10001 Dudley Drive. Ultraviolet disinfection would be included and the plant housed in a self framing skid mounted building. L & M Engineering proposed schedule from preliminary design in July through commissioning by March 2010 with site surveys, pilot testing, geotechnical work, and tendering.
