Accidental Burns Injure Chetwynd Boy
Richard Podoleki eight suffered second and third degree burns to his leg in a freak Thursday accident. Playing with neighbors, gasoline from a chainsaw was poured into a can and ignited. The blaze spread as frightened children kicked the can. His mother extinguished the flame and he received first aid before being taken to Dawson Creek hospital in satisfactory condition. He is expected home in about a month.
