The Chetwynd Visitor Information Centre received a 99 percent overall rating on Tourism B.C. Quality Service Report. Staff, led by manager Helene Weightman, were praised for superior exterior and interior appearance, sales interview, and counsellor's smile. Chelsea Brekkas, Caitlin Bauer, and Leah Nixon were highlighted for exemplary service as visitors are guided to learn about the community.
