Awareness Week Discusses Disabled Persons Advocacy
Jean McDonald and Sam Sullivan met with Bob Nicholson and Joan Chesley at the Chetwynd District Office to explore forming a National Access Awareness for Disabled Persons Committee. Sullivan presented a draft resolution for the Union of British Columbia Municipalities Conference in September 1987 supporting Rick Hansen’s Man in Motion goals.
