UNICEF Promotes Education For All At Jomtien Conference
UNICEF led global talks at the March 1990 World Conference on Education for All in Jomtien Thailand with governments and agencies to promote equal access to basic reading writing and arithmetic. Executive Director James Grant warned gains in child health rely on primary education literacy and knowledge. This Halloween supporters are urged to give to Trick or Treat for UNICEF to help children.
