Canadian election 2015 advance polls yield Liberal lead
About 3.6 million Canadians voted in four days of advance polls, a 71 percent rise from 2011. The Liberals held over 45 percent of the popular vote and led or won in roughly half again as many seats as the Conservatives. Trudeau’s party surged through new ridings amid boundary redraws and a complex vote map.
