Local motocross wraps up 2009 season in Chetwynd
The 2009 Peace Motorcross Association season ended with 12 races across Fort St. John, Taylor, Dawson Creek, Beaverlodge, Grande Prairie, Worsley, and Chetwynd from May to September. Chetwynd fielded nine regular riders and 26 total participants, earning three podiums and two fourths. Notable results include Seth Joyce winning 50cc, Cody Murfitt fourth in 60cc, Devon Franklin first in 80cc, and Wyatt Yates fourth in 80cc teen, plus several top finishes across other classes.
