District to build new 4 million district office in 2013
Mayor Merlin Nichols says the 4 million project will start in summer 2013 and finish by fall 2014 with landscaping in spring 2015. The two and a half year build replaces an aging ATCO trailer offices, consolidates records, improves air quality, storage and staff offices, and adds a two floor, 5000 square foot site with a garden of wooden sculptures.
