Little Prairie Heritage Society AGM elects leaders in Chetwynd
The Little Prairie Heritage Society held its AGM at New Blue Sky restaurant in Chetwynd appointing Shirley Weeks as president and Julie Shaw as Vice President. Robbie Nicholson becomes Secretary Treasurer with Edith Lasser Charlie Lasser Amy Meyer Betty Morris and Leah McQueen as directors. Weeks thanked contributors as the next meeting on January 30 will discuss grant submissions to Peace River Regional District and museum plans. Heritage week falls in mid February and memberships at $10 are open to the public with Julie Shaw listed as contact.
