Northern Medical Program Approved In Principle By UBC
UBC approved in principle to support the Northern Medical Program aimed at increasing northern BC doctors by training in the region. The plan, initiated by UNBC with UBC, envisions 20 to 24 northern medical students beginning in September 2004 pending government funding and approval.
