Chetwynd General Hospital to Redevelop Facilities
The Chetwynd General Hospital gains ministry approval to redevelop with a 40 percent regional cost share of about 360000. Plans convert critical care beds to seven multi level care beds and add one palliative bed and a quiet family room funded by volunteers. An expanded labor room becomes an LDRP suite to admit low risk pregnancies and a building wide sprinkler system will be installed.
