Fifth annual Halloween Extravaganza at Saulteau gym
Saulteau First Nations hosted 127 attendees for the Saulteau Health Centre and Headstart program run Halloween Extravaganza at the Saulteau gym. The carnival featured stations craft table fishpond beanbag toss cookie decorating play doh face painting a haunted house and a costume parade with prizes. A healthy snacks table funded by Talisman Energy and Saulteau Health Programs complemented the event. Health Director Nicole Garbitt praised the community based services and turnout noting more youth participation helps keep them busy and away from town.
