Archie's golf tournament raises over eleven thousand dollars
Rain and 120 golfers helped Archie's 7th Annual Ray Cunningham Memorial Golf Tournament at Moberly Lake Golf Course raise 11,800 for Chetwynd hospital funds. Green fees totaling over 2,000 and donations from the Ray Cunningham family, Dragon Palace, and Chetwynd Petroleum boosted the tally with more than 1,600 from a silent auction. A second fundraiser, Archie's Mixed Slo-pitch Ball Tournament, is set for May 31 at local ball fields to continue support.
