Chetwynd Girls Club Volleyball Bantam, 14 and under, competed at the Langley Provincial tournament May 4 and 5. Among 90 teams they were the sole north of Prince George entrant, faced 12 rivals in their division, won two of three in round robin, captured the first quarterfinal, narrowly lost to Abbotsford, finished sixth overall, and were the only team to beat the Maple Ridge gold winner.
