Chetwynd Community Garden Prepares Planting Day
Volunteers gathered at Granny Mac's Teahouse to transplant this year's seedlings. Teahouse owner Betty Deck will donate several hundred plants, with about 30 000 plants to be transplanted in total and roughly 80 percent remaining on her property. Deck supports community groups and Communities in Bloom since 2000. Community Planting Day is scheduled for June 6.
