Fort St. John cancels annual triathlon in 2010
Fort St. John cancels the 2010 triathlon planned for June 13 citing pool closure, road work on the route, limited sponsorship, and a tired volunteer base. Race director Keith Koebel notes scheduling conflicts in the region make rescheduling unlikely this year. Dawson Creek and Mackenzie region events proceed with Sprint Triathlon and Try-A-Tri on May 30 and June 12 respectively.
