Red Cross appeals for Manitoba flood relief donations
Chetwynd residents and Peace country communities are urged to donate to Manitoba flood relief. The Red Cross says funds will cover groceries clothing temporary housing and recovery costs as 25 000 residents were evacuated and Winnipeg faced evacuation alerts. Donations may be mailed to Prince George or given via major banks, with cash preferred for rapid relief.
