Rumour of Chetwynd Beds Closure Denied by Northern Health
Northern Health CEO Malcolm Maxwell denies any plan to cut acute care beds in Chetwynd and says no options or budget items to eliminate beds are being developed for 2004/05. He notes staff will improve communication with the town, with Larry Tokarchuk starting as COO and a meeting set for April 6.
