Telus plans a 32 metre self supporting telecom tower at 92 4888 North Access Road to replace the existing structure. The project aims to improve wireless service along the Highway 97 corridor for business and emergency use and will be lighted per Transport Canada NAV Canada rules. Residents may submit concerns to Leifka Vissers before April 10 2015.

Four-laning projects continue in South Peace region
The BC on the Move plan funds two four-laning projects, one on the South Taylor Hill and one in Dawson Creek, part of Highway 97 and Highway 2 upgrades to improve capacity and safety. MLA Mike Bernier says the additions will speed travel for residents, tourists, and commercial drivers as resource development grows.
