Council to formalize advance with motion at Monday's meeting
The Chamber presented a revised budget cutting costs from 86000 to about 75000 for the event. Additional funds would go to next year's competition fund. Richter seeks a 10000 BC Gaming Grant with a May decision. Sheree Smith notes strong local support and 22 new sponsors. The council will formalize the recommendation at the March 30 meeting.
