Maureen Gammon of the Chetwynd Echo received an Award of Sincere Appreciation from Regional Director of Alcohol and Drug Programs Mr Ron for her public service. The presentation recognizes Gammon’s contributions to community awareness and outreach efforts.
The Chetwynd Echo awards highlight the staff project for Drug Awareness Week 1989. Crawford and Echo staff thank volunteers including students who contributed editorials poems and pictures. Planning for 1990 is underway with a call for continued participation and regional appreciation.
