More than 80 youths joined the first Our Destiny conference on health and wellness in Chetwynd, organized with Tansi Friendship Centre and local Indigenous groups. Speakers and Rednation performed as attendees learned about sex, relationships, grief, empowerment, and healthy choices to influence their futures.
About 60 to 80 youths attended a weekend health and wellness conference at Cottonwood Hall with guest speakers including Brenda Drandzoff of the Prince George Red Cross who spoke on healthy relationships.
