First Nations form cultural camp to protect wilderness area
Saulteau and West Moberly First Nations set up a 24 hour cultural camp on the Reno and Boucher Lakes land to oppose Vintage Petroleum drilling and road access. The BC Supreme Court dismissed SFN's petition but an appeal continues while both sides seek a negotiated pause.
