Westgate Road sewer and water project approved
Chetwynd council allocates 1 114 000 for tendering and construction of sewer and water services on Westgate Road. Engineering director says funding aims to cover two thirds of eligible costs via MRIF and up to 80 percent with approved grants. Westgate project ranks second in MRIF application. Council also backs road safety funding for Peace Road Visions and supports accessibility initiatives with Northern Health and regional groups.
