National Energy Board Hearing on Groundbirch Pipeline Project
The National Energy Board will hold an oral public hearing on NGTL's Groundbirch Pipeline Project to extend the TransCanada Alberta System from Dawson Creek area to near Bay Tree Alberta. Construction set to begin July 2010 with several watercourse crossings and new ROWs. Intervenor deadlines are July 13 and September 9, 2009.
