Chetwynd HOG Fun Run Raises Funds for Local Charities
The Chetwynd HOG branch held its first Fun Run fundraiser on Saturday June 7 drawing 20 participants on 15 bikes from Chetwynd Hudson's Hope Fort St. John and Alberta. The route went through Hudson's Hope Fort St. John and Dawson Creek before returning to Chetwynd for a BBQ raising 300 for three local groups Food Bank Northern Lights Christian Fellowship and the Baptist Church. Organizers called it a success noting good times and new faces while aiming to grow the event next year.
