Spectra Energy turnaround still a go after negotiations
Spectra Energy’s C E and P workers union talks at Pine River and two other sites led to a negotiated settlement allowing the annual turnaround to proceed. The plant will shut for 27 days ending when up to 750 workers are on site. Union president Ernest Pfanner was unavailable for comment.
