Police Beat: Davis Arrested After Two Break-Ins

Albert Alex Davis of Saulteau Reserve, 22, was arrested and charged in connection with a break into a Chetwynd apartment above the department store and a later intrusion at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was remanded for a Show Cause Hearing later this month.

Chetwynd Court Stays Busy With Fines And Warrants

Judge D M Levis presided at Chetwynd provincial court on Thursday July 9 1992. Stoytcho Ivanov Stoytchev pleaded guilty to driving with out due care and attention and was fined 150 dollars. Brian Richard Cupples charged with assault was fined 250 dollars if in default 20 days. A bench warrant was issued for Gary Joseph Munch for failure to appear. Richard Leonard Paul was fined 350 dollars if in default 30 days.
