Dry Grad Dance Sparks Chetwynd Students Night of Fun
Heidi Phillips describes Chetwynds first Dry Grad dance with contests and prizes. A treasure hunt yielded 100 loonies at the pool then students enjoyed the facility until 4:00am. An underwater kissing contest, a piñata destruction, and an auction followed, with gifts like a microwave, a mountain bike, and a trip to Edmonton awarded. A pancake breakfast wrapped up the night with Lions Club and parent volunteers serving about 30 students.
