Greenspace Trails History of Chetwynd District Network
The Greenspace Trails in Chetwynd follow Centurion and Windrem Creeks with parks on District lands. Since 1980 volunteers from Chetwynd Secondary School and the Chamber of Commerce developed interconnected routes, later expanded by the District, local mills, and youth programs. The plan evolved through 1996 with the Greenspace Concept Plan and dedicated greenbelt parkway projects.
