Voyagers of the Peace Mount a Pacificward Quest
Mackenzie and his 1793 party leave Peace River camp, ascend Parsnip and Fraser rivers, endure rapids and hostile terrain, switch to overland trail with buried pemmican, reach the Bella Coola and ocean, then return to Hudson's Hope for winter. The voyage ends with the party intact, including the dog.
