Homeowners told to appeal property assessments by March 15
In Chetwynd and across the region homeowners may appeal 2010 assessments by March 15. Residential values dropped 1.89 percent to 321.053 million while commercial values rose 4.20 percent to 89.050 million. Owners can review notices, use BC Assessment resources, or file a Notice of Complaint for independent review by Feb 1.
