Becca Pass Closed After Ammonium Nitrate Spill
A B-Train truck carrying ammonium nitrate spilled contents last Friday on the Pine Pass. The westbound vehicle flipped after brushing the shoulder, with a trailer sliding down a 60 foot embankment and breaking its coupling. Officials closed the pass until safety concerns were cleared and cleanup was set to finish Monday.
