Mitsubishi pays Encana for stake in Canadian gas field

Mitsubishi Corp buys 40 percent of Cutbank Ridge from Encana for 1.45 billion dollars and plans equal additional investment over five years to develop 409000 net acres of Montney shale in British Columbia and Alberta.
