B C Hydro seeks 3.9 percent interim rate rise
B C Hydro filed with the B C Utilities Commission for an interim April 1 1993 rate increase averaging 3.9 percent. The move flatters rates to promote energy efficiency, caps at 5.9 percent, and expected revenue rise of about 80 million for 1993/94 with allocations by customer class.
