Grassroots group opposes Coalbed Methane without baseline tests
The Hudson's Hope Landowners' Association urged a halt to Coalbed Methane activity in north eastern B C until comprehensive baseline testing of water air and soil is completed. Spokesman Steve Metzger warned of risks to life support systems and called for independent analysis and review of cumulative impacts.
