Chetwynd resident asks Prime Minister in CBC special
Elmer Kabush of British Columbia was chosen to ask Prime Minister Paul Martin a question on CBCs Your Turn With The Prime Minister. He pressed for democratic reform and proportional representation while noting the need for stronger MPs and less power in the PMs office. He called the Ottawa trip an incredible experience and hopes to meet BCs Premier next.
