Suverus Place opens as BC Housing debated at Chetwynd tour
Suverus Place in Chetwynd, built from Olympic modular housing, nears completion with 12 units. Residents will access assisted living and supportive living spaces, eight market-rate units. The project faced pushback over missing closets and a proposed commercial kitchen. The facility aims for a March 1 opening, two thirds full, with room for a phase two expansion.
