Council Briefs address council time change and local issues
The 7:00 p.m. meeting drew similar turnout as the 4:30 p.m. session. Councillor Kathy Weaver pushed to move times for public attendance, while concerns about Thrift Shop waste led to a $500 grant and a surveillance plan. Water meter bills will begin January 1 2010 as Chief Administrative Officer Mike Redfearn retires by September 1. The district pursues trail projects to leverage infrastructure funding.
