Fraser Basin Council begins Phase 1 health risk study on northeast oils gas
Fraser Basin Council launches Phase 1 of a three phase human health risk assessment for northeast British Columbia focused on oil and gas development. David Marshall says the issue identification phase gathers concerns from communities and organizations with a report due by March 31. Public comments accepted through March 7 via online, email, mail, or toll free line, with one on one meetings offered. The Phase 1 synopsis will inform Phase 2 terms of reference and Phase 3 further actions. The final report will be delivered to the Province and public.
