Windrem Christmas concert and Native Elder Literacy Project
Northern Lights College runs a Native Elder Literacy Project on the Saulteau Band reserve. The program, led by supervisor Merle Otto-Steenbergen and tutor Harriet Landry, uses the elder’s home to produce a book of stories and a video.
